We provide support 24/5, Monday to Saturday. Depending on the plan you choose, you get to pick chat support hours . When Live chat on your website is not scheduled  WooGage becomes a powerful contact form for lead generation.

 

How do you handle Reports?

We email you the complete chat transcript along with the contact details submitted by the visitor.

 

How many chats can I have at once?

Based on the plan you choose, you get 1 to unlimited concurrent chats. The number of chats in a month vary from 30 to 500 on regular plans.

 

I need more chat operators, can I get a custom plan?

If your needs exceed our standard plans we’d love to accommodate you. Just send an email to support@woogage.com

 

How long are your contracts?

Unless you sign up for one of our discounted annual plans, WooGage plans are month to month and you may cancel at any time to terminate at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

 

Can I remove WooGage’s branding on the chat box?

Yes. Platinum plan eliminates our branding.

 

Can I switch plans?

You may upgrade or downgrade plans at any time.

 

Why is my Chat Button Offline?

The online and offline status of your chat button is based on your plan. When Live chat on your website is not scheduled  the chat button will show offline. If you need more hours of live chat support simply upgrade your plan at any time.
